Now, if you’re not familiar, the ESTAS aren’t your average industry gong. They’re the UK’s biggest customer service awards for property, and the best part? There are no judges, no mystery shoppers, no backroom politics - it’s all based on genuine, verified reviews from the people who matter most: our clients.

8 years on the bounce 🙌

2025 marks our 8th year in a row showing up at the ESTAS. That’s eight years of nerves, excitement, dodgy selfies with Phil Spencer, and (most importantly) hundreds of client reviews that keep putting us back on that shortlist.

To date, we’ve had over 800 verified reviews logged on the ESTAS platform - every single one is a little reminder that what we do really makes a difference.

Why this means so much

For us, being shortlisted isn’t just about shiny trophies (although we wouldn’t say no to one for the office shelf). It’s about proof that our approach actually works:

The big night

The winners will be announced at the 22nd annual ESTAS Awards in London on 17th October, hosted by none other than Mr Phil Spencer. Cue a thousand estate agents letting loose on the dance floor (we’ll do our best to behave).
