Reviews don’t happen by accident
For estate and letting agents, reviews are the result of deliberate, consistent service - from first contact to aftercare.
Every stage is a chance to leave a client thinking, “I need to tell people about this.”
Stage 1: The viewing
This is your first real impression. Arrive early, know the property inside out, and share useful local knowledge. Even if it’s not “the one,” professionalism here can still spark a review.
Stage 2: Negotiations and offers
Communicate clearly and proactively. Keep all parties updated. If you’re known as the agent who “always calls back,” that’s worth mentioning in a review.
Stage 3: Contracts and paperwork
Speed and clarity here reduce stress. Send checklists, explain next steps, and be available to answer questions.
Stage 4: Completion or move-in day
Celebrate with your client. This is a prime review request moment because emotions are high and positive.
Stage 5: Aftercare
Don’t disappear once the keys are handed over. Check in a week or two later - and prompt them to leave a review while their positive feelings are still fresh.
Integrate review requests into each stage with the Post a Review widget, and you’ll build a steady stream of feedback that reflects the entire journey.
If you have any success stories where taking the opportunity to ask for a review at times other than on completion, we’d love to hear from you!
