Well, this is exciting… Estate Apps has been shortlisted for the Negotiator Awards 2025 in the category Supplier of the Year: Products and Services (Marketing).

Not bad for a team that still can’t agree on pineapple on pizza. 🍍🍕

For anyone new to this, The Negotiator Awards are basically the Oscars of the property world - only with fewer red carpets and more estate agents in tuxedos. Alongside the ESTAS which we’ve been shortlisted for as well (!!), they’re one of the UK’s biggest and most respected independent awards for estate and letting agents, plus their favourite suppliers - that’s us 👋.

And with a record-breaking number of entries this year, it feels even sweeter to be on the shortlist with our first ever entry.

Why we’re buzzing

This isn’t just a shiny badge for the website (although we’ll definitely be plastering it everywhere) - it’s recognition of what we stand for:

• Building proper, high-performance websites that don’t just look nice but actually deliver results.
• Developing tools like our Post a Review widget, Facebook AdVantage, Google Business Profile integration, Pre-Market Launch, and Off-Market Listings alongside all our core functionality that, overall, help agents gain more visibility, attract more leads and therefore, win more business.
• Doing it all without the corporate fluff or pretence. No contract tie-ins. No jargon. Just real transparency, relationships and results.

And honestly? We wouldn’t be here without our brilliant clients. You lot push us, trust us, and occasionally laugh at our terrible jokes. So for all of that, thank you! 🙏

The main event

The winners will be revealed at the black-tie gala on 28th November 2025 at Grosvenor House, London.

Expect cabaret, champagne, and quite a few dodgy dance moves once the awards are done.

Win or lose, we’ll be celebrating just for making it this far because for our little company, this type of recognition is immense!

Here’s to November. Fingers crossed for some silverware… and if not, at least some decent dessert at the gala! 🥂
