This week, we crossed 430 five-star Google reviews.
All public.
All visible.
All written by real people in the property industry who've worked with us - some for years, some more recently.
Long-term clients. Newer clients. Industry collaborators. Partners and peers.
Not every single one is a paying customer. But every single one chose to leave us a public five-star review on Google.
That's not something we take lightly. And it's not something we achieved by accident.

We're a small fish in a very big pond (and we're fine with that)
Let's be honest - the property tech space is enormous.
It's packed with large suppliers, bundled platforms, and corporate-backed groups with serious scale, serious budgets, and serious LinkedIn presence.
Estate Apps? We're completely independent.
- No parent CRM pulling strings behind the scenes.
- No external shareholders demanding margin over care.
- No board meetings where your support ticket gets deprioritised in favour of a pivot strategy.
Just a specialist team building and supporting estate agency websites and digital marketing tools - properly.
We're a small fish. And we've built 430 five-star Google reviews by doing one thing, consistently:
Showing up.
At a time when 'support' is increasingly... not
There's a quiet shift happening across the property tech industry. You might have noticed it.
More AI chat widgets. More automated ticket systems. More 'we've received your message and will respond within 3–5 business days' auto-replies.
More efficiency. Fewer humans.
We use AI. We build AI-ready websites. We future-proof our platform for AI search and discovery. AI is genuinely exciting and we're leaning into it hard.
But we don't use AI to replace accountability.
When something matters to you - a property feed that's broken, a listing that's not displaying correctly, a launch deadline that's closer than comfortable - you don't want a chatbot telling you it's been assigned a ticket number.
You want a real person who cares about the outcome as much as you do.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to. Every time.
What 430 five-star Google reviews actually means
It's not applause. It's a track record.
Across hundreds of interactions, over multiple years, people have felt strongly enough to stop what they're doing and publicly say: "these people are worth recommending."
A few recent snippets that landed for us:
- "He genuinely cares, and I am very happy with the service. Can't fault it!"
- "Always responsive to enquiries and they're always innovating and bringing in new things."
- "Amazing to work with. Always makes time and attends to issues promptly."
These aren't curated case studies or crafted testimonials. They're independent Google reviews - written freely, publicly, by real people.
In a competitive industry, that kind of independent public feedback carries real weight. And frankly, it means more to us than any award shortlist.

Why independence is actually our superpower
Being a fully independent business isn't a limitation. It's a feature.
Here's what it means in practice:
- We're not tied to one ecosystem - so we're free to build what actually works for you
- We're not forced into bundled decisions - your website doesn't come with three things you didn't want
- We move quickly - no committee approvals, no multi-department sign-offs
- We adapt quickly - when the market changes, we change with it
- We answer directly to the people we serve - there's no corporate layer between our team and our clients
No filter. No policy. No middleman.
Just people who genuinely give a damn about doing the job well.
That's one of the reasons we've reached 430 five-star Google reviews. And it's one of the reasons we'll keep earning them.
If you're choosing a supplier, ask the right question
It's tempting to go with the biggest name in the room.
But here's what we'd encourage you to ask instead:
"Who will actually look after us when it matters?"
Your website isn't just a design project. It's your brand, your pipeline, your first impression to every vendor and buyer who searches for you online.
If your supplier treats support like a cost centre, you'll feel it - usually at the worst possible moment.
If they treat support like a responsibility, you'll feel that too.
The difference tends to show up in Google reviews.
430 today. The standard doesn't change tomorrow.
This isn't a victory lap. Honestly.
It's a reminder - to ourselves as much as anyone - that 430 five-star Google reviews means 430 public expectations to keep meeting. Then 431. Then more.
To the team: thank you. Quietly and genuinely.
To everyone who's taken the time to leave us a review on Google: it means more than you probably realise.
And if you're looking for an independent website and digital marketing partner that blends proper innovation with proper human support...
Let's have a conversation.
No hard sell. No automated onboarding sequence. No 'book a 15-minute discovery call with our sales team'.
Just a straightforward chat about what you need and whether we can genuinely help.
Because in a big pond, reputation still matters. And ours is built on yours.
