The fear of being “that person” Even the best estate and letting agents sometimes avoid asking for reviews because they don’t want to seem pushy. The truth? If you’ve delivered value, solved problems, or gone above and...
Alex Evans - founder of Estate Apps, and someone who's spent the best part of 15 years (and counting) helping independent estate and letting agents get more from their websites, marketing, and technology.
What started as a genuine passion for building better digital experiences for the property industry quietly became an obsession - one that's driven everything we do at Estate Apps: solutions that actually work, proper support when you need it, and pricing that doesn't make your eyes water.
These days you'll find me based in El Peñol / Guatapé, Colombia - where what began as a Covid "temporary stop" in 2020 turned into, well, a life. I work with agents across the UK from a spot surrounded by mountains, animals, and whatever's growing in the garden that week.
When I'm not talking websites or marketing with clients, I'm usually fixing something, building something, or slowly chipping away at the dream of going fully off-grid. There may also be a jacuzzi involved. Possibly a sauna. Definitely a strong coffee.
If you want a chat - about digital strategy, reviews, proptech, or literally anything else - just get in touch. I'm easy to find.
